The thing is if you're 6"5+ you don't need an inside game to beat a 5"11 Frazier. You batter him from the outside and tie him up on the inside. There's absolutely nothing he can do about it, even if he wanted to.
Hard to tell, but Wlad hits like Foreman, is bigger than Foreman, and is technically better so there are three problems for Smoke straight away.
