    Frazier has a bad style for Haye to deal with. He will grind Haye down and knock him out, mid to late.

    Haye will dish out some serious shots and has the potential to put Frazier down, but Frazier, unlike Chisora, is too fast, too elusive, and too relentless.

    Haye would be competitive during the refs instructions, then get knocked out within three rounds.
