Joe Joyce has just announced his first stateside opponent....

    Lago Kiladze (26-3)

Not really much of a step up (if at all) from Thomas

To be fair when this was announced they also promised a HUGE fight for him in December. Any ideas who it could be? There doesn’t seem much availability. Trevor Bryan or Breazeale? Kabayel?

Stylewise Joyce v Kabayel would be really intriguing.

It will probably be one of Haymon's heavyweights, i can see the Breazeale fight

This absolute weirdo who stalks Fury said on twitter it might be Ustinov but Sam Jones said it was way better than him.

Could be Jennings perhaps? King Kong!? Really hard to speculate. Like how he's being moved though.

Kiladze has been stopped in his last two fights, one of them by Micheal Hunter who Martin Bakole is fighting

Dissapointing fight for Joyce fighting someone that even Kownacki has beaten.

A pretty good opponent for someone going into his 6th pro fight. Maybe Gerald Washington next after this?

    Kownacki - Martin
    Hughie - Pulev
    Whyte - Chisora
    Miller - Charr
    Wilder - Fury

Only really leaves Ortiz (id doff my cap to him if this is it), Breazeale, Ustinov, Kabayel, David Price, Jennings and Bryan.

    Ortiz or Breazeale hopefully.
It has to be another Haymon fighter.

when you say "he's very beatable", do you mean he has been beaten before? good luck for October with Bakole by the way, looking forward to that fight
