Looking back the poster who started this back 2008 was called Woddy. Does Woddy still walk amongst us? The only benefit (by product) of gee up threads like this is that they allow us to rationally reaffirm Louis’ greatness with gusto. I think it was Lennox Lewis who said (without necessary deference to the specific quality of the opposition) that it was much easier to win the title and than to hold on to it. Common sense should tell us why that statement is so very true and that Louis’ long reign in and of itself was no mean feat - and, as it was, Louis did turn away some very good opposition.
