Joe's coming back at lightweight a week on friday, if he's anything like he was before his break he has the beating of cardle. I could see cardle vacating a few months down the line when this fight becomes realistic
He was very inactive b4 his break. Alot of issues with Hatton and Joe gal. Pushed Liam walsh close once to a draw then got dismantled in the rematch. I can't see cardle running scared of Joe and Murray is know where near a British title shot with the current lightweights around. I'm shocked his back at lightweight not that long ago he was a Featherweight calling out Selby.
He will never get to box Cardle, it will take him at least four fights to get into British title contention in which time, Cardle would of moved on. I see him getting beat well before he gets to Cardle to be honest anyway. Murray v O Hara anyone?
I think he could beat O Hara if he was a bit stronger, also he has been one of the most inactive pros i can think of.
When you say cardle moves on how far do you think cardle goes? I really can't see him getting passed British level. Maybe he picks up a European against the right opponent but I think with his skill he would of done wonders winning the euro
Joe Gallagher said he is going to vacate the British, I can see him boxing for a few international titles in the immediate future.
Haven't seen much of O Hara but heard he can bang and is a full lightweight. Where Joe Imo is a super feather and cud win domestic titles at that weight once walsh moves on
Luke Campbell said he wanted the British title next so whether Cardle vacates or not I wouldn't expect him to be the holder in 3-4 months.
really don't see any of the top uk lightweight shaking in their boots at the thought of boxing joe murray, nice guy but not cut out for top level professional boxing. would like to see him vs masher dodd to see where he sits at lightweight
