Bought tickets for this and although Taylor is the main draw for me I’m pretty gutted.

What a shame, this would've been a great fight too. Hope Joe fights someone as soon as this is over

Pulling out through “illness” three and a half weeks before the fight.

Doesn’t sound right to me. If I catch a sniffle it’s gone in a few days.

Totally agree mate. If it’s a fighter tapering down to make weight I could understand it. ****house reason to pull out of a fight three weeks before. I used to think Parker was a true fighting man. He’s a tough boxer but no one can excuse this.

Wonder if they’ll throw in Hughie Fury.

Oh well, no dispute then as to who should be headlining which is good as Taylor v Progaris is the much more exciting fight anyway.

    Frank Warren hears the tread
    Of his favourite spiders feet,
He tosses it a hunk of bread,
    For it deserves a treat,

At first I thought this was a Spiderman joke in reference to the surname, now just read that's actually the reason for his illness!

He’s been in ring with an awkward Hughie Fury, a very dangerous Joshua and dianabolical Whyte. He doesn’t exactly have a track record for this, if he can’t train cos he’s that ill then surely he deserves the benefit of the doubt? He can’t afford another loss in front of a Sky audience so he needs to be fully prepared for this.
