You cant expect it to happen over night if you have a goal in your mind it takes hard work and time, give it two or three months do not short change yourself and you will get results

    Why can't you jog?

Like eveyrthing, you have to work at it to get better at it - you need to actually do it in order to develop your own pace and breathing rythmn.

Jogging is the mainstay of developing fitness, you seriously need to work on it if you hope to increase your stamina and endurance, and it also helps you develop overall body coordination and balance.

You train to get fit. NOT get fit to train. I say join and they will work with you according to you fitness level and it will get better from there.

My mate joined, really sound guy. But my god he likes the sound of his own vioce! My attitude was mouth shut ears open ( and hands up lol). His is ask as many questions as possible all the time and tell the trainers how much he cant do because hes not flexible enough ( used to pump iron lol).
Love the guy but like get a grip lol:good

I wouldn't worry about it. When I first started boxing, I was 17 y.o, 6'3 and about 200 while be VERY out of shape. Hadn't had nearly any physical activity in over a year and a half and had been smoking weed prior to joining. Took me a couple months, but I quickly dropped to 165 in no time. Training was not fun for awhile but it paid off fast. Plus time you spend without going to the gym trying to get into shape, is time you could be spending getting in shape while also learning technique.
