He also said that he has trained his punches, kicks, etc. at 3, 4 gyms near his house and has focused especially on stamina because of the 10 minute first round.
IMO, this is a joke of the worst kind. Canseco couldnt beat Bonaduce, who was like 80 pounds lighter and a foot shorter than him. To me, its going to be like when Bob Sapp fought Akebono the sumo wrestler. Its nothing more than a novelty. Canseco will get knocked out or tapped out inside 60 seconds of the first round.
Yea but so what? I highly doubt anyone but Jose is taking his MMA career seriously. I love freakshow fights!
If I wanted to see a freak show match, I'd want to see an MMA bout between Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Savage. Those two hate eachother for real.
