Seems like a bully/guy with an attitude problem to me. He was giving it "I see right through your bravado" to Regis, and Regis gave him what for. And Regis wasn't being the typical loud mouth american.
Taylor is the type of guy that Bellew and Groves would have loved to have boxed. The fact he confronted Mirigian twice and then replied to him on social media afterwards highlights that mind games are actually a vulnerability rather than the strength he tries to project. Froch and Haye were very similar to Taylor in that respect.
