Oh, I'm sorry, I read that post in the wrong tone.

As best I can tell if you see Parker as say Tyson to AJ's Evander or some such similar 60/40 is what's fair. If you see him as even with a bad mando 80/20 is fair.

That said all the figures I've been seeing seem fair as **** to me. If I were Joshua I'd give Parker his 60/40 and make fun of how highly JP thinks of himself. If I was Parker I'd take the 75/25 and make fun of how cheap AJ is. Either way, no matter where on the scale you think Parker should be the percentages being thrown around are all reasonable.

If I'm honest, all sides are being pussies. It's one fight, even if you honestly feel it's a raw deal it's just one and look at how much either can gain. Another poster has been saying all this talk about money is just promotional nonsense and pointing to how often the champs actually fight. I think he may be more correct than anyone trying to justify a deadset split as standard or fair.

It seems to me we're in a new age in boxing, sort of like politics, technology has brought new rules and new ways to argue old arguments. If they are really fighting over a few percent I think it's largely a philosophical battle not a pragmatic one.
