    No idea. Fine + rehydration clause seems fair, tho.

    If it's his first time missing weight, I'd be inclined to give him *some* benefit of the doubt. When it happens more than once, I assume it's strategic. Joan Guzman was a repeat offender and the MFer came in 9 pounds overweight once, yet the fight went on! Guzman would move up in weight and still miss the limit.

    Whereas other guys like Pacquiao sincerely tried and failed. Still their responsibility and the blame goes to them for contracting at a weight they can't make, but I look at that situation differently from the Guzmans of the world.
