    I actually thought he was born in Sheffield for some reason.

    Ronald is a good man with good boxing knowledge, a proper boxing man. He can sound terrible at times with his catchphrases and over-excitement but I like him.

    excerpt from Donald McRae interview with Galahad:

    Awad was born in Doha, Qatar, the son of a soldier in the Qatar armed forces. Awad’s father had grown up “in the mountains” of Yemen and served during the Gulf war against Saddam Hussein’s Iraq. When Awad was a toddler, the family moved to Toxteth in Liverpool and his father opened a corner shop, the Mr Mohammed General Store, close to the street where Ringo Starr was born.

    He was born in Qatar but his parents are from Yemen so he is of Yemen origin like AJ is of Nigerian origin.

    Galahad was born in the Qatar capital of Doha but is originally from Yemen. His father was in the Qatar Armed Forces and was released as part of an agreement with the Americans after the conclusion of the Gulf War. At the age of 4, Galahad came to England with his parents (both from Yemen) and eventually ended up in Sheffield. At the age of thirteen he took up boxing with trainer Brendan Ingle.[4][5]"
