Wilder wouldn't fight Whyte when £4,000,000 was on the table, now he aint got a choice. I fully expect Wilder to be beltless within the next 12 month's. I'm not siding with Joshua because he's British, I cant stand him, but Wilder needs more to his game than what he's got for Joshua. If Wilder cant take Joshua out quickly he's going to take punishment in combo's where he wont be around to land that punch for long. Stylistically, the pressure is on Wilder to get it over with sharpish
We will wait to see if Joshua beats Parker and if he beats Parker...see if he tries to make a fight with Wilder before we see Whyte Wilder.
I must be one of a few posters here that's a fan of both. I think Joshua has the edge resume wise especially after he beats Parker on Saturday, but AJ-Wilder as a fight is close to 50-50 in my eyes.
Lol, grasping at straws to try and bolster Wilder's resume. We all know bar Ortiz and maybe the first Stiverne win Wilder's resume sucks. You can't just remove a fighter from a fighters resume like it never happened and make an argument. But what if he hadn't beaten Wlad, well guess what he did and that win alone is better than everyone win on Wilder's record. Ortiz was old and hadn't even looked good in his last 3 fights. Sure Wlad was old too but he achieved way, way more than Ortiz. Wlad could come out of retirement now and beat Ortiz. Stiverne was suffering from Rhabdomylosis in the first fight and so wasn't even 100% and even then his best win to date was beating Arreola. Remember Adamek beat Arreola and what did Adamek do at heavyweight? Bugger all other than get beaten badly when he stepped up vs Vitali. In my opinion Takam barring the fact he never won a belt was just as good as Stiverne. Breazeale has proven he's better than some of Wilder opposition beating Molina and Ugonoh. Whyte at he very least is better than Molina, Arreola, Duhaupas, Szplika, Washington etc. If Joshua beats Parker then the divide in quality of opposition grows even further.
The problem is Joshua’s fans think that Whyte, Martin, Breazeale and Takam can fight. That’s the problem. A more serious problem doe is Joshua fans lunacy on these boards. They’d rather see Whyte Wilder than Wilder Joshua. Ain’t dat a blip!
Why the insults? Are you too unintelligible to make a reasoned post? Guess I just answered my own question and this is the general forum, so no real surprise. I think anyone over 12 who follows boxing would agree that Wilders resume is one of the weakest in history for a champ with that many fights. Sven Ottke's resume looks like Durans in comparison. I don't hate wilder, but his resume is what it is. Joshua's is infinitely better, especially when you consider the amount of fights.
