Parker and Usyk? Those were fights Hearn needed for PPV, not record padding. And before that we would have to go back to 2018, as Whyte beat him in a rematch. Again, a money fight and not record padding.
If Joyce had turned pro earlier I think he would have snatched a title at some point. Chisora was never gonna be a champ but he always gave it his best and fought everybody, making it exciting when he did. Both men are now very far from their best days. Chisora in particular needs to hang up the gloves soon because he's only doing harm to himself and his brain by continuing. He's already a nut-case, he doesn't need the added CTE on top of it. I have a feeling this fight is just gonna make me sad.
Saudis clearly not interested in him He hasn't fought on one show despite lingering around looking for a payday
I don’t get why the medical team can’t just stop him using their discretion. Chisora might get permanently hurt at this rate and people are gonna look back and wonder how the hell he kept his license for so long. A fight with an accumulation puncher like Joyce against an worn out guy with cte is going to end horribly.
I'm usually of the "let the boys be boys", libertarian view, but this could be bad for Chisora and I don't hate the dude.
Should be a good scrap. Both guys are tough as nails and keep coming forward. I assume Joyce will break Del Boy down and stop him in the later rounds but Chisora will probably have some moments early on.
