Yup! seriously, I agree with "relentless hands of Juan!" As a matter a fact he threw a hundred and one punches to Julio Diaz :happy but I never saw Julio being in danger of being KO:hey so where's the POWER :huh
on the other hand did you see the PACMAN vs MORALES III? That is what I call power :good

Since, Juan is naturally bigger I do concede that PACMAN is underdog
but I would not be surprised if he could upset Juan Diaz :yep

Why? My pick isn't based on who the bigger man is. I happen to know that there is more to boxing than reach and height.

He is too GOOD for Pacquiao. Size matters in some instances more than others. PBF's size would merely augment his other advantages because it would diminish Pacquiao's...

Juan Diaz punch output will be cut to a half. He will be ko in the middle round or will concentrate more on his defense against pac.

Take a look at Armstrong's record. He was a 126 Champ, he plans to Challenge for 147 title & fought for 135 for less than a year to Prepare himself at 147. He weighs around 142 for most of his welterweight fights. Pac already coming in to the fight at 144 while PBF comes in at 148-149. If we go by old weights standard, technically Pac is already a Welterweight just like Floyd. I didn't say Pac will definitely win but he has at least 50-50 Chance to win it.
