Does anyone know when the tradition of Japanese new year's eve cards started? I do find it interesting how Ioka has is basically the poster boy for the event now. Has any other boxer been on as many new years eve cards as him in the history of the sport?
It's too bad we never got Inoue-Ioka. I mean, Inoue would have brutally destroyed him, but still would have been a fun match up of 2 of the biggest names in Japanese boxing.
Juan Francisco Estrada is a warrior the man fights everyone and has the best resume in the last 5 years by far. I don't know if Estrada has enough left to beat Ioka but what a treat this is for the fans. Heavyweight division take notes this is a real fight.
