Juanma can go toe to toe with any of those three forementioned. IMHO, Israle will be his hardest fight but could also be his easiest. It depends who can take more punishment and how fast you can recup from hard punches. This is the test that Juanma needs to be consider a top contender...:good

exactly how i feel...vasquez is a warrior but he has been through alot while JML is young and not totally proven ...so if he is the real deal and vasquez is a bit beat up or past it JML could win easy...but noone knows

I'd like to see this. I really do.

I have yet to see Lopez for more than a couple of rounds (through no faults of his own). And I would like to see how he'd react when his fights go the distance.

Awesome fight to be made that's for sure.

Yeah, this would be a great fight. I'm going with Lopez in this one. Let's hope this fight happens sometime in 2009.

It will definitely be a huge test for Juanma. Vazquez could win, but I am not so sure. His eye problem. Three fights in two years and they were against the same opponent. 2.5 inches in height. It has receive a lot of punishment and Juanma punches way harder than Marquez. The only thing I don't know is if Juanma can take the pressure Israel Vazquez is going to apply. If he doesn't go crazy, then he should KO Vazquez in the late rounds. But its not going to be that easy

Very possible. Nobody really knows how far this kid is going to go. All I can say is he is good and dedicated. Plus, most people in the island like him more than they will ever like Cotto. So, he has a lot of support. Last 12 fight didn't make it to the final bell. He is very motivated.:thumbsup

yea this is the fight i want to see also. I hope it can happen early next year. Lopez has been impressive his last 3 fights winning by knockouts all in the 1st round. Vazquez is the best at that division so i would love to see how lopez can do against him. :D

it's a hard pick. we know izzy can take some mammoth shots, and if he can take juanma's, it might be a little version of margo-cotto! i'd like to see juanma progress alittle more with the likes of a gonzales or molitor before taking on the monster that is izzy. juanma seems to have a speed advantage over izzy, but so did rafa. for some reason i'm more interested in a rafa-juanma fight stylewise it'd be similiar to jmm-pacquiao. 3 different styles 3 great fighters and they say boxing's dead. :-(
