I read somewhere that the contract stated " either USADA, VADA, or both."

That right there is open to interpretation. If you go by the letter of it the fighter is being given the choice which agency he wants. If he wants both he can do both.
The key in that choice of words is the word "either" which give the fighter a choice.
Bradley somehow believes or was led to believe that both fighters will be tested by both, but if that word "either" is in the contract, Marquez would be the one thats right when he said he agreed to be tested by USADA and Bradley by VADA.

The problem in debate in forums like this is that because Bradley has been so vocal about it, everyone is assuming that the contract states like Bradley wants it to be.

It looks like to me that Bradley is misinterpreting the contract!

"Heard it through the grapevine, Oh I heard it through the grapevine"

Show your proof that the word "either" is in there. If not then you "heard it through the grapevine"

    lmfao at "read SOMEWHERE"

That is Arum's Law background kicking in right there. The ****ing scumbag made sure the wording was this way. Niether Bradley or Juan are paying for the test so Arum is able to choose who does the testing. This is the only way the commission comes into play. People are letting Arum off the hook.

Before any fingers should be pointed at Arum/Bradley, lets wait for Vlade Divac to show us the contract since he read "somewhere" that the word "either" was there. Right now, all we have is what came out of Bradley's mouth and even though its "heard it through the grapevine" that's still more than what Marquez has shown and what is "somewhere" out there

Aren't you the same numbnuts who claimed the contract stipulated "either or"?

    You are one dense poster.

Its no need to wait because its really simple. If The contract states certain testing then what the fighters say is irrelevant because the signed the contract.
Juan hasnt said he doesnt want to be tested and Tim doesnt know what the **** is going on. This falls on scum bag Bob. This issue should be clear and cut with no confusion. But we know how Top Rank is with testing.

The whole thing doesn't make any sense. First when you think about it, why 2 agencies testing both... that's stupid. Second, why use 2 different agencies, if it's 'either' you take vada, and I take usada? Should be both the same exact protocols for both. Either way, the fight is going to go on, like Rafael said, Bradley isn't going to pull out of the fight.

-memo claims to have helped USADA develop their protocols in testing, therefore memo would know how to beat it.

-timmy has probly heard of how usada "accidentally" destroyed quillin and winky's sample and their usada test didn't happen.

-there's also that demarco broner usada testing where both agreed but demarco claims no sample was taken from him.

-with VADA, memo and jmm may not like CIR method of testing to all of their samples.

He doesn't have a link to post because he pulled that **** directly out of his gaping *******. Food contamination was Morales' excuse, and USADA didn't "let them" fight anyway because they had absolutely zero authority to do anything but test and report the results.

VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Association) will handle extra drug testing for November's Manny Pacquiao vs Brandon Rios fight in Macau, as promoter Bob Arum has chosen that agency over USADA, which has handled fights for Floyd Mayweather and most of Golden Boy's bouts in the past.

"We're going to use VADA. To me, we've had experience now in two fights with VADA, and they've conducted themselves extremely well. The fighters who have participated have nothing but praise for the way that it was handled. I'm going with the organization that I have a track record with rather than an organization that I have never used," said Arum.

Arum is using VADA testing in Pac/Rios fight but not JMM/Bradley ?:think

Yeah, he's insisted that the NSAC handle the testing for this fight, which tells me he wants as little testing as possible.

 Think what you want Divac :good

Allegedly is a word used for exactly the way I used it  Im sorry if that somehow makes me biased in your eyes :huh

If you think I am bias in this issue, its a good sign you are are in someones corner, because Im about as non bias as it gets. You on the other hand, no offense, but often come off as a clear JMM fan, twisting what you can to suit your (pro JMM) agenda.

If you honestly think Bradley is now 'scared' of Marquez, then just... wow  I don't even know what to tell you.

Im not going to go back and forth on this with you, you are a clear JMM fan, are clearly biased yet seem to try really hard to convince yourself you arent, and have even gone so far as to try and turn the tables on Bradley for asking for more testing. You assume things like crazy on what my stances are, and have a hard time seemingly comprehending my posts, nor connecting the dots for yourself. so while I like you as a poster Im not going to be discussing this with you. And I mean this respectfully.

Whats funny is I like JMM and Bradley equally. Its just obvious that this situation stinks and the stench is coming from Arum (which I have clearly stated, and have pointed the finger at him many times)

And yes, if the contract says what Bradley says it does, then he should post it. Until then, I will go with what he says he signed, and then use the word allegedly with it. As that's exactly the case
