Shane did not look good against a feather fisted Collazo ether, but regardless of Collazo's lack of punching power he is still a very strong welter on the inside. Urango is strong at 140 all of that is about to go sailing out of the window once he fights at 147
Nether do I, its not like Urango was killing himself to stay at 140 . Urango power is really over rated , he has yet to even wobble a world class fighter.

He knocked down Ngoudjo twice. Ngoudjo might not be an elite fighter but his losses have all been of the close decision variety to top competition.
My first thought is that Berto wins this because of his speed advantage. Although Berto has been down he wasn't as hurt as Urango was when he was down, right? I don't think Urango's power and intimidation are going to factor in as big 7 pounds North. Plus he will be slower. I would rather see Berto fight a career welter because even if he wins here, how much does it mean? And if he struggles again...well........
It is overrated who worldclass has he koed? Anyone can look impressive koing cans much like Cintron but lets see him do it against the elite.
Urango is just a gatekeeper material, fringe contender at best and he has no shot against the top dogs at 140.. and he's going to receive a grade A beatdown by Berto.. Urango/Bailey.. now that's a competitive fight between two lower B level fighters.
Berto isn't exactly world class so I don't necessarily get this "Who has he KO'd world class?!" argument. Not only that but hasn't Berto been put down by Cosme Rivera? So while I don't agree with those picking Urango, if they're betting on a KO by Urango they're not exactly wrong.
All I'm saying is that he sent this guy to sleep with a punch that didn't look full cocked..... I don't know who will win this probaby Berto, but i'm saying if Urango gets a flush shot off it will ask questions of Berto... and you would be stupid to deny that
If that's true, then by your definition the only world class fighter he's faced is Hatton. He knocked down Ngoudjo twice and broke his jaw, and that's certainly his second best opponent. He had Rabah running like a rabbit all night. Berto's been hurt at least three times in his career by lesser punchers than Urango. I agree with the people who say the reason Urango was chosen is because it will really highlight how fast Berto is, which is true, and if I had any confidence that Berto was capable of fighting smart, then I'd pick him to win in dominant fashion. All he needed to do against Collazo was fight smart, yet he still stuck his chin out and got wobbled by a light puncher. All he needed to do against Rivera was fight smart and stay on the outside, yet Rivera put him down on a punch he never saw coming because he was too busy focusing on his offense. All he needs to do against Urango is flurry and use lateral movement, and if he does that, he shouldn't lose a round; but if he wants to put on a show and tries backing Urango into the ropes and unleashes one of his flashy but pitty patty flurries, then he's going to be in for a big surprise when Urango comes over the top with a massive right hook.
