Netty wasnt a stand in - he was choosen months ago.

If you saw the fight than you will know that Munroe looked terrible and his corner berrated him throughout the fight.

I seen the fight given that it was very early in the morning i only gave him the first round, seriously watch the fight how many rounds did he win , he did land a couple of lucky punchs throughout the fight but other than that seriously you think his performance was terrible other than the first round

he already tried - Munroe wasnt interested and preferred to fight bums in his local community centre!

I think he has missed the boat and will have to wait his turn.

he won the fight clearly - no questin about that - however, his performance was terrible.

Netty was crude and extremely poor - anyone with any class would have disptached him within 5 rounds - IMO.

    Dom,

slapbangwhallop is right, Dunne was calling Munroe out when Munroe took the euro belt off martinez. Munroe ducked him and decided that fighting against bums in a community centre for peanuts was a better (safer) option, rather then accept an offer for 100,000 euro to fight Dunne in Dublin. Meanwhile Dunne steps up to challenge for a 'world' title against a formidable opponent in a career defining fight that was make or break for Dunne basically. And he won, in case you didn't know.
So why would Dunne fight Munroe now, when there are potential fights aginst the likes of Molitor, Vasquez, Lopez, Caballero all being touted?
    What would you do?
