never to late to learn, with the way the welter weight devision is stacked he has no choice but to turn up his game or become a gate keeper at 30..
TBH thats how I see him at 147, he'll keep guys out of the top 5 if they arn't good enough but I'd be surprised if he manages to win a title.
edwin fought a smart fight. zab refuses to use his jab to generate offense, that is why there was no knockout. what a great surprise to see and hear the great roy jones during the fight, that was my highlight.
yeah probably true. It's just hard to believe considering how good of an athlete he is. IMO athleticly he is every bit as goood as Floyd
I agree. But.......at the start of each round he comes out with hands held up nice, working with the jab which looks effective but by midway he goes into what you could call the Charlie Zellenoff mode....he drops his lead hand and becomes ineffective trying to bring his jab up from his knee:tired.
Zab is not no damned mediocre fighter..lol.. :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :nut :nut :nut :nut :nut atsch The guy has been in the ring with THE TOP welters in the ring today and the top hard to beat fighters like Spinks who he KOd...Zab is competitive with anybody...He is actually doing what he should of done a long time ago....work on the 12 round fight instead of going for the one punch crazy..this fight he did what..body shots..big body shots.....I thought I never seen the day..Zab was playing with this dude...Judah was getting rounds in and when he turned it up...he hurt the guy every time....the guy fell into the ropes one time and that should of been a knockdown...but anyway zab has and will always be a good fighter..not great but good. You aint beating Zab unless your come hungry with your A game....like Judah is a tomato can..****ing biased ass ******s..the same ******s big up clowns like margarito and cintron.lol
Zab had no trouble at all with this guy. It was no sensational performace, but you cant knock em all out. Fron 4-10 grade; I give him 7+. He did okey. :good
No fighter in the welterweight division has seen their stock fall more than Zab Judah's recently. Was it really a year and a half ago that he was the undisputed unified Welterweight Champion of the World? Since then he is 1-3 (with 1 no contest). He has got from undisputed to near gatekeeper status. I honestly cant pick him against any of the top 5 guys in the division. He already lost to Mayweather and Cotto. He would get killed by Williams, he would lose to Cintron and Margarito. Mosely and De La Hoya would kill him. That leaves Clottey, Collazo, and soon Berto as the best of the rest of the division. If I were him i would try for a fight against Collazo, Quintana, or Berto. Those are all winnable fights for him.
Some what agree. But I think zab can beat margarito b/c I cant see margarito hitting judah with any of those wide slow ass looping shots and zab would hit him at will. Williams...????? thats an interesting fight.....edge to Williams but Zab can win...possibly...Cintron..that is whoever lands the bomb first..lol..I see judah out classing Cintron who cant really box at all just has that damned DESTROYER right hand that he flinges
the fight was very good. Many people we looking to see Zab KO Edwin. personally i wanted to see a 10 round fight, Zab looked like he wanted to fight at least 6 rounds and then KO Edwin so he could gets some rounds in. He won the fight and that is all that matters. A lot of guys could have gone down from some of the shots Zab landed but Edwin didnt. I was LOL when zab was cutting his throat and Edwin showed him the F*** YOU sign and was saying come on come on. When Zab does that stuff and he doesnt KO someone he looks dumb. He def won but if ur not gonna kill the dude, dont say ur cutting his throat lol I gave Edwin 3 rounds though, i dont know why that last judge gave zab 100, he dominated but he did not win every round.
