    Velasquez is stalking, chipping away with hooks. Bey is backing off and trying to hook up high and lean his forearm down on the back of Velasquez's head. Velasquez hits him with overhand rights and left hooks marching forward. Bey has no room to load up the type of zip-line shot he's trying to counter with.

    Raul Marquez scored round 2 as a 10-7 round for Velasquez even though there was only one knockdown. He has the vet up 29-26.

    Velasquez loads up with overhand rights and Bey dives in under them to grab him around the waist. Catch and release, and repeat. Velasquez isn't doing much infighting, just trying to land that overhand right before Bey grabs him. Bey is too busy trying to give Velasquez the octopus treatment to throw his own shots in the clinch. As a result, nobody is connecting very much as most of their time is spent waiting for the ref to peel Bey off. Bey wobbles Velasquez with a stiff left jab!!! His glove touched the canvas!! Should have been a knockdown!! WHOA! Where did that come from? Bey is now sticking and moving from outside, going left. Clinch. Chopping overhand right by Bey. Clinch. Now they're infighting, each reaching up to tap the other behind the ear. Overhand right by Velasquez.

    I think Bey came back and won that round.

    Bey hooks high and low and backs up. Velasquez tries to place his right hand coming forward. Bey is sticking to him, wrestling him back and then fleeing b behind jabs and hooks. Double jab by Bey. Velasquez walks back up to him and they clasp together. The referee is being kept busy. Wild left hook by Bey misses. Velasquez misses a looping right. Bey jabs and backs up.
