This is a better matchup for Arguello than Duran at 135. Who wins?

Oh ****, you're right. I accidentally put JLC instead of JCC.

I meant Julio Cesar Chavez, not Jose Luis Castillo.

Arguello beats him at 130 w/o a doubt.

    Jose Luis Chavez beats Arguello.

Julio Cesar Chavez? I'm not sure, I'd probably favor Arguello in a tight one, Chavez didn't really peak at this weight

Arguello was knocking out other legends at this weight and Chavez was pilling up wins on stiffs,Arguello would stop him at this weight,he was pretty special at 130.

Yeah...bad call there mate, as anarci pointed out Julio took on some quality fighters at the weight.

Id give the edge to Arguello...ever so slightly though. Early 130 Chavez was a little green, later 130 Chavez was struggling with the weight a bit...but he was still a beast..Alexis was just a little bit more beastly at the weight and was more polished at that stage.

Arguello was a monster at 130. I'd take him against most at this weight.
