Let me ask you this grannicus before your taken down again, how many gold medals or world championships did floyd win as an amateur?, and have you seen his fight vs aaragon? who has floyd faced comparable to cruz? in style answer that and you'll be able to answer your own question

LOL I watched Aragon vs Mayweather yesterday btw. I actually had Aragon edging it but because it was so close to me I didn't bother posting a thread saying Aragon got robbed. How did you have it?
Fair enough you say La Cruz is a 'pro' (he is AIBA, 10-9 system King with no headgear after all). The guy is one of the amateur GOATs IMO. But, who then is the better pro La Cruz (LHW) or Mayweather (SFW)?

Loma > Mayweather. I've already bashed that idea through people's minds.

aaragon floyd honestly could have gone either way and alot actually thought aaragon was robbed, on that point system I aaragon edged floyd out to,

what do you mean who's a better pro floyd or cruz? cruz has never fought officially as a pro! but rest assured his style would be too much for anyone! even the detractors know it deep down, right now you put cruz in an 8 rounder with anyone in the top 10 at light heavyweight and he would outbox them

He does 5 rounds like a walk in the park against guys who can't punch and aren't bringing unrelenting constant pressure wearing him out, can you really see him not gassing against someone like Beterbiev at this point?

no one the sport brings more un relenting pressure than minas, beterbiev pressure wise is nowhere near minas
and not a chance cruz would gas out, fighters that are technical like that never get tired like mayweather rigondeaux and ward, cruz could probably do 15 rounds the way he fights relaxed like that and never get tired, 5 rounds fighting world class opponents in the wsb and i've never seen him out of breath once!

One Cuban fighter who I am as certain as one can be, that beats Mayweather at least 117-111 is Jose Napoles.
Napoles is IMO in the highest possible tier when talking about who is the best ever.

i'm not sure about that, boxing has evolved alot, and napoles was dominant in the 60's mainly just before the cubans took over amateur boxing, i think he'd be missing the technique and skills his compatriots had!

In the pros, he's definitely one of the very best ever. Boxing in the pros as a whole has de-evolved. Far stricter drugs testing now, less decent trainers focussing on developing skill, training camps devoted mostly to cutting weight, bypassing ways to get a 'belt' and just cashing out there, leaving guys like Rigo and Lara to the side. It's a disgrace nowadays.

Well we haven't seen anyone pressure La Cruz for 12 straight rounds, its probably presumptuous of both of us to assume it'll be horrible or amazing, that being said Minas is NO Beterbiev in both power or intelligent effective pressure.

well minas is pretty useful himself, did beat joe ward and was one win away from a bronze medal i think, even when getting knocked out brutally vs bauderlique he's the most relentless pressure fighter I've seen, beterbiev would be too limited for Cruz and wouldn't have the footwork, I think alot of people would be surprised how easily cruz would beat him
