I've been trying to think of a fight for Junior Witter that would be at a world level and deliver on the action front after his man-handling by Devon Alexander....:think

Diaz comes forward wants to throw and not wait and is open to counters without the poke to damage Witter.

    What do you think?

Alternately he could have a battle of the counter punchers special against Paul McCloskey.

Damn. I forgot about this guy. Then again, I don't really give a ****.

Who would win? Junior Witter (Possibly) His power might be too much for Juan.

Witter is using weight as an excuse for always being sloppy. If he carries his power up, one good fight and he is back in the mix.

Witter vs Mallignaggi - would either be the most beautiful fight ever or the worse.

Can't see Witter doing anything at real world level at 147, his power was good at Euro level at lt Welter but nothing special when he moved into top class. I can't see it helping him out against the big guns on the world scene at welterweight.

Gomez would be a decent fight for him though.

I'd be surprised if Witter fought again, being perfectly honest.

In the last three years he's had four fights, each with a long layoff in between, and looked progressively worse in each - he's 36 and and would be moving into the strongest weight class in boxing.

Plus Mick isn't on great form at the moment

A fight with Magic Matt makes perfect sense in my opinion.
