They ****ing do. Has to be British ****. Theres a bar in my area called Walkabouts, all ozzies. Opposite is Bar Cia. We go in, game their women and take em across the road. Bloke: Have you got any English in you? Woman being gamed: No. Bloke: Do you want some!
They should step up to the plate and face a dangerous fighter like Cotto,PBF, Witter, Mosley or Ajose. My fear is they will choose somelike Malignaggi and try and pass it off as a genuine test.
Please don't compare Ajose and Witter as this is an insult to Ajose. He Ajose is far better talent which you will experience over the next few years.
Yeah mate, lets stop talking ****....if Hatton fought Ajose next, he would absolutely lambasted. In fact he would be called the biggest ducker, coward in the world. The fact that you pick that as a good bout shows that you know **** all about boxing and its various levels and layers, but you think your local opinon carries weight...... It doesn't.
Ajose hasn't done more than win the commonwealth and looked lackluster and he'd already be a threat to Witter or Hatton how?
You Sir a bloody fool who knows nothing about boxing. Watch Ajose fight and find out about him before you make stupid comments and show your ignorance. People in the trade know that he is a world class operator ready to be unleashed.
You show your ignorance. Ajose has not only won the Light Welterweight Commonwealth title he has knocked out Bradley Pryce and Ali Nuumbembee the current Commonwealth champions at the higher weight divisions of Light Middleweight and Welterweight. Furthermore he is the reigning African Boxing Union (ABU) champion at Light Welterweight. He knocked out the much more Martin Holgate as a novice professional and retired him. The chap he beat to win the African title went the distance subsequently with the hard hitting Middleweight Gary Lockett. If he is so lackluster I hope Hatton and the rest take up Frank Maloney's challenge to face Ajose as we would gladly relieve both Hatton and Witter of their titles. Ajose was a world class amateur who won many international honours, went to the Sydney Olympics and won the All African Games gold medal. He has not had a smooth ride because he has been avoided by many in Britain including Hatton, Witter & co.
so it's the royal WE now. i didn't quite realise you were a professional troll but i'll give you your due, the fact that you can get anyone to argue with you about these bouts shows a certain level of efficacy. ****in dull but efficient all the same
Olu isnt a troll. Look, I have had my arguments with Olu in the past, cos hes a passionate believer in Oluseguns abilities, & of course he thinks Ajose ould beat Anderson, I of course disagree cos I always disagree with anyone who thinks the scottish guy wont win Once you accept the guy is a big believer in Olusegun & isnt deliberately dissing fighters or posters by saying Ajose could beat them, then you will find hes a respectful poster who knows his boxing, & hes a good addition to the forum IMO. Just cos Olu is outspoken, doesnt mean he is wrong.
Fair enough Dunky but he needs to understand why Witter and Hatton won't fight his man. Until he does he's going to find boxing a frustrating sport to follow.
I hear you Gaz, but at the same time Hatton has fought some opponents as title defences that I would consider poorer fighters than Olusegun. I know theres all the big talk of Mayweather, Cotto etc just now, but there always is after a Hatton win, & they never materialise for one reason or another. So is it so out of this world for Olusegun to hope to get a crack at Hatton next? If the big fights dont happen, & hatton still refuses to fight Witter, then I think a fight with Olusegun would be much more appetising than a fight against a Collazo or 'no joke' Stewart. I know the Olusegun fight wont happen, but there is every chance Hatton is going to take an easy fight next. hes done it before when the defining fights were expected... & then, I bet some here will be saying, "You know, I would have preferred Hatton to have fought an up & comer like Olusegun instead of this guy" if Hatton takes on another meaningless fight. Of course I could be totally wrong gaz as I have said before & Hatton shocks me with a 'biggie' however, only time will tell...
Theres loads of ways to look at this isn't there? To me, champions taking 'easy fights' don't take on the hungry young fighters on the way up, they take 'names' on the way down. So sometimes an Olusegun won't get the same opportunity as a Tackie...its not right but thats the way it is. Olusegun is WAY off Hattons and Witters radar and I'm not sure what he can do to tempt a 'name' 140 lber to fight him...but thats what he needs to do. Otherwise Hatton fighting him is a lose-lose for Hatton and a poor payday to boot.
