Just re-watched Ward/Kessler (Thoughts on Ward's dirty tactics).

    Epic Failed Thread!!!!

    Ward was the FAR Superior Fighter from the Opening Bell!!! He totally dominated Kessler for closed to 8 Rounds. Kessler didn't land his first meaningful punch til round 5. Personally, I thought Ward was reckless...But in NO WAY was e dirty!!!

    In fact...Lets use some common sense & Logic. Your saying that a fighter like Andre Ward who has established a STELLAR Amatuer Record, An Olympic Gold Medal and an Udefeated Professional record...And has NEVER been acused of being a Dirty fighter....decided to fight DIRTY against a fighter that he was TOTALLY DOMINATING???

    WOW...ESB really needs an IQ Requirement to Create Threads:-(

    So you love to argue about how much more awesome Hopkins is than Calzaghe...and then imply Kessler's the best person Calzaghe ever fought by saying Hopkins is nothing to brag about? Oh, the irony...

    That's pretty much how I saw it. Ward was still winning the fight clearly, but still used some dirty tactics in the last bit of the fight. The two parts aren't mutually exclusive.

    If he were a veteran, we'd be calling him "wily" for it :lol:.

    Ward won the fight on an illegal headbutt from across the ring, the commentators commented that it appeared that the butt was on purpose. SOB should have been disqualified.....................Why does Ward get all his fights in his home town while others have to travel thousands of miles?
