yes..im haunted by so called MW ATG's who are afraid of feather fisted 154lb guys...im haunged by guys that supposedly can beat all of 175 but bring up welterweights for MW title defenses(especially after his fans cry about canelo/khan)....LOLOL yeah ggg really haunts me! woke up in a cold sweat last night! hope it doesnt happen again! lol...you guys are sad so answer the orignal question...why did ggg avoid lara over the last couple of years? especially when he had a less than noteworthy year last year?
You could make a thread about Serena Williams v Floyd and Shock would chime in with his Gorlovkin drivel lol, imagine spending every waking hour hating a boxer from Kazakhstan, hard to even comprehend eh?
I thought Lara won. The entire fight I was expecting that any round now, Lara will slow down from the all the body shots that the commentators were praising by Canelo, and ginger will start pressing the action. But Lara never really stopped, Canelo never really kicked it in the next gear, and Lara won comfortably. Then the results came in. And now Lara has an L on his record that he doesn't deserve.
Canelo was walking into those traps the whole night getting clipped with 1,2s and retaliated by swinging wildly and landing unclean bodywork. All Canelo showed me was pure Frustration . The wrong man won that fight.
i dont even hate him....hes good i just find it funny watching his fanboys diss guys like ward day in and day out.....then they come here making threads "canelo wasting his prime on b level competition"...i mean you cant make this stuff up.... i just like to come here and balance things out....golovkin dont bother....he doesnt make me lose a wink of sleep...or make my blood pressure rise......some of his fans are just so sad and pathetic that i need to remind them...because its the internet and they think they can get away with being anonymous cowards
Lara did not have a chance, Oscar's judges saw to that. The Trout fight was also questionable..............and we all know El Pollo is a cross between a chicken and a duck............
It's too easy! Press Schlong's "ggg" button and he rattles off around the table like a wind up clockwork money
As the last year has gone by yes it's gotten beyond comprehension. The dude does not tolerate other opinions.
He has two "L's" on his record he doesn't deserve, Canelo and Williams the one "L" he should have was against Molina.
I can't believe I'm being peir pressured into watching that painful canelo lara debacle. I had canelo squeaking it out, my memory was lara felt the power and strengths of canelo and after a few rounds he was completely unwilling to engage in caution of getting laid out.. Let me reaffirm my prior beliefs, if it played out any differently than I remember, I'll be the first to freely admit my wrongs
I only saw it when it was live and I thought Lara eked out a decision. Him and his team should've known that they needed to win that match clearly in order to get the victory. All Lara had to do was be a bit more active with his punches and not circle around the ring so much without throwing a punch. It's a good thing to utilize lateral movement, especially against someone not too mobile like Alvarez, but you have to throw some punches periodically to make it effective and not seem like you're just running around. He was sliding off of the ropes too much in that fight when he was moving away from Canelo. He could've cruised to a clear unanimous decision had he push on the gas a bit more, especially in the back half of the fight.
