Just rewatched Khan V Peterson

Great fight on saturday.After the sucess Peterson had on the inside Bradley must now be licking his lips at the prospect of facing Khan.And if Khan is as good as he thinks he is that is a fight that must happen to restore his reputation.I also think Kel Brook should happen(not Matthew Hatton).I suspect a Peterson rematch followed by Hatton is the way they will go so as to avoid another defeat.

Oh and Amir please dont mention Floyd or Manny again,different league pal!

 

I'm an idiot. Just tried to do a joke based on the asterisks and a certain leading UK boxing promoter, and inevitably his name was asterisked in my reply. Damn.

 

I don't think Roach is the problem, just that the way Roach wants Amir to fight, and the way Amir seems to want to fight, don't seem to match. Roach is probably right but if Amir isn't going to fall into line he might be better with a different trainer, who he will actually listen to.

 

What annoyed me most with Khan and has done for ages now.

His inside game is hopeless,but i hate it when he stands in front of his opponent with the earmuffs on.

How is this any sort of decent defence? no head movement or upper body movement. Maidana was too wild to take advantage but any half accurate boxer will punch round or through its just a **** excuse for defence.
