There is no contract. Lara just calls people out on social media, is it really him though? I don't think the dude can even speak English...

If the fight were to materialise I would have GGG by KO, would be the best name on his resume too.

Ok... so what are you gonna say when he fights another ishida, monroe, or rosado? (Meaning, a fighter that doesnt fit the profile of what they say they are going for )

The point being that if hes just going to cycle through another b level middleweight in his next fight, with an opponent that doesnt fit the criteria you stated, then he might as well fight Lara.

Ill wait to see who he fights, but I have my doubts its a unification OR a ppv. Thats not even getting into the fact G wants to fight four times a year.

If he doesn't get a titleholder or a big name, I'll admit he should've fought Lara  I don't know much about all the network stuff though.

Lara is not a tomato can so he won't get a fight with GGG.

Because HBO wants the winner to fight GGG and that means they will make good money for a fight on HBO

Anyone who has been paying attention since 2012 should know about "this network stuff"
Why hasn't Lara fought on HBO since 2012?

GGG actually does better against movers, where he can setup his punches and not smother himself

I agree Bro, he's no Willie Monroe, Curtis Stevens or Osumanu Adama.

You'll be right back here crying

There's no excuse for GGG not figthing Lara. He's fighting scrubs for peanuts. This would be in many fans eyes a better quality opponent than GGG has fought in the pros.

Lara will have to become a complete tomato can to get the fight.

Lara would certainly be an elite fighter and by far his best win but probably wouldn't further him into the 'A-Class' fighters, a Canelo, Froch or Cotto would be as great as a Lara win but they also bring many more rewards and they actually are aggressive within reason so his management would prefer those for both cash and furthering his career win or lose, Ward or Lara I think Golovkin has a good chance of beating Lara 60-40 and '50-50' of Ward, 60-40 Canelo, 50-50 Froch and 70-30 Cotto.
