    Monday 26th:
    ~ 1x3 Skiprope
    ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing
    ~ 3x3 Punching bag
    ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing

    Note:
    Grrr start school today, training is going to be very hard from now on.. its my final year. Not a very tough session just wanted to do a bit of bag and some shadow on my own. I really want to have my first fight, heres a clip of me on the bag

    Tuesday 27th:
    ~ 1x3 Skiprope

    Set x3; ( 30 Seconds each )
    - Burpees
    - Jumping Jacks
    - Dumbell punches
    - Medicine Ball Twists
    - Alternate Side Squats
    - Crunches
    - Tuck Jumpes
    - Pushups

    Flight of stairs x7 ( 75 Stairs )



    Note:
    Weird i didn't get very tired, was a very hard fitness session though, i liked it.

    Wednesday 28th:
    ~ 5x3 Skiprope
    ~ 5x30 seconds Floor plank
    ~ 5x3 Shadowboxing
    ~ 5x3 Punching bag


    Note:
    Woah, nice session felt really tired but felt good.

    These training logs are hell to do, and hard to remember all the exercises. Abwork is also known as Floorwork. Doing exercises to strengthen your Abs

    oh klkl i thought it was a core excercise known as Abwork 100 :S my bad

    Thursday 29th:
    ~ 1x3 Skiprope ( Very fast )
    ~ 1x3 Shadowboxing
    ~ 3x3 Punching bag ( Full out )

    Flight of stairs x8 ( 75 Stairs )

    ~ 100 Abwork
    ~ Some weights


    Note:
    Pretty regular session but was quite good even though didnt feel fit after a tiring day.

    Friday 30th:
    ( No Training )

    ( Had PE at school and was to tired to train again )

    Saturday 1st October:
    ~ 1Km run ( Warmup )
    ~ 40 Minutes Drills ( Headmovement + Footwork + Handwork alltogether )
    ~ 3x3 Rounds sparring.
    ~ 250 Abwork

    Set;
    - 10 Burpees
    - 9 Burpees
    ...
    - 1 Burpee

    Note:
    ( First month of the training log, busy month and a really nice one. Might be doing a progress chart to check the level of each training session to see were i was weak ). So well i did some sparring and i got knocked out on the 3rd round, as crazy as this sounds i enjoyed it as a first experience. The harder this sport gets the more i end up loving it. Very good session did very well with technique. Overall in sparring i was amazing, the guy had 4 years experience over me, weighs heavier, hits MUCH harder but on clean shots i was hitting 3:1. I was amazed, feel bad i got 1 punch KOed but did well.

    You've got very good handspeed mate:good, you seem to be a very good boxer, keep it up, also i would reccomend more bag work

    Monday 3rd:
    ~ 5x3 Skiprope
    ~ 3x3 Punching bag

    Flight of stairs x8 ( 75 Stairs )

    ~ 300 Abwork

    Set;
    - 10 Pushups
    - 3s Break
    - 9 Pushups
    - 3s break
    ...
    - 1 Pushup
    - 5s Hold


    Note: Very intense, coach said he gonna try to get me a fight in the December fight night. Motivated me today

    Tuesday 4th:
    ~ 1x3 Skiprope
    ~ 3x3 Sparring ( VS a pro fighter )
    ~ 10 Mins padwork

    - Heavy Conditioning ( Burpees, Tuck jumps, Squat jumps etc. )

    Note:
    Did amazing sparring vs a pro fighter today.. he actually tried vs me, exchanged alot of punches and hes 10Kg more than me. My coach and him were so amazed he decided to train me for the rest of the session private.. So happy bout it
