Friday 7th: ~ 1x3 Skiprope ~ 1x3 Shadowboxing ~ 4x3 Punching Bag/Heavybag ~ 4x3 Sparring Vs Clayton Note: Very very nice sparring, did better than last time and advancing really fast. Glad i can still keep up training very often even with school and duties.
Saturday 8th: ~ 3x3 Sparring Note: Sparring session. Dont feel like writing a note.. Hope coach will try to find me a fight
Monday 10th: ~ 6x3 Punching Bag Flight of stairs x8 ( 75 Stairs ) Abwork ; - 3 Touch x15 - 2 Touch x10 - 2 Touch x30 Set x3 ; ( 15 Second Break ) - 10 Burpees - 10 Pushups - 10 Doubleleg thrustsquats - 4 Single hand pushups ( 2 Each Hand ) Note: Still hoping to find a fight.. Training extremely hard, and need to improve my hand conditioning cause i noticed that my hands got tired quick in sparring whilst my whole body still feels fresh

Wednesday 12 ( 10 AM ): ~ 1x3 Skiprope ~ 4x3 Punching bag ( All Out , AKA Hell ) Set x3 ; - 10 Burpees - 10 Pushups - 10 Doubleleg Thrust squats ~ 400 Abwork Set ; - 10 Pushups - 5s Break - 9 Pushups - 5s Break ... - 1 Pushup - 5s Hold ( 7 PM ): ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 1x3 Floorplank Set x3 ; ( 30 Seconds Each ) - Burpees on floor bag - Light weights reps - Medicine ball side twists - Situps - Fast punches - Dumbell punches ~ 3x3 Punching bag ~ 1x3 Pads Set ; - 10 Pushups - 5s break - 9 Pushups - 5s break ... - 1 Pushup - 5s Hold ~ 400 Abwork Note: Was a beast today. Did very well and both coaches were very very happy with my result. Hoping to go train with Scott tomorrow.
Friday 14th: ~ 1x3 Shadowboxing ~ 3x3 Shadow Technique Drills ~ 3x3 Partner Conditioning drills ~ 3x3 Punching bag ~ 4x3 Heavy fitness Conditioning Note: Very very intense and entertaining session with Billy Corito. Really enjoyed it.

Monday 17th: ~ 6x3 Shadowboxing ~ 6x1 Floor Plank ~ 4x3 Punching Bag ~ 4x1 Squat Position Set; - 16 Burpees - 15 Pushups - 14 Burpees - 13 Pushups ... - 1 Pushup ~ 200 Abwork Note: Regular session, nothing special.

Can't feel my legs. Love mixing my training up to keep me entertained. Very fun and intense.
