Monday 24th: ( 10 AM ) ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing ~ 3x3 Speedball ~ 3x3 Punching bag Set; - 10 Clap Pushups - 5s Break - 9 Pushups - 5s Break - 8 Clap Pushups - 5s Break ... - 1 Clap Pushup - 5s Hold ~ 300 Abwork ( 5:30PM ) ~ 5 Mins Shadowboxing ~ 4x3 Intense Pads Set; x3 ( 1 Minute Each ) - Pushups - Situps - Medicine Side Twists - Kettleball ~ 3x3 Speedball Note: Amazing monday training, loved it. Was sick and still managed to do so well
no problem . Fixed shadowboxing is very different for us. We go in a line and the coach punch by punch what to do, example. Jab, Slip, Reverse, Hook, Turn etc. Like his he can see any punch he wants and sees what your doing wrong
Tuesday 25th: ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing ~ 2x3 Headmovement Drills ~ 3x3 Tennis ball drills ( Reaction ) ~ 1x3 Pads ~ 2x3 Light weights punches ~ Medicine ball drills ( Heavy**** ) ~ 150 Crunches Note: More of a technique/Reaction session which was real good. I wanna try to keep the workrate this high for all the week.
Wednesday 26th: ~ 12 Laps x 400m ( Under 23 Minutes ) ~ 5 Minutes Shadowboxing ~ 3 Minutes Crunches Set; x2 - 10 Pushups - 9 Pushups - 8 Pushups ... - 1 Pushup Note: Very very heavy run, did very well and was the fastest from all of us which was pretty awesome even though i got blisters all over
Friday 28th: ~ 8x3 Punching Bag ~ 1x3 Padwork ~ 1x3 Running while holding coach on my back ~ 1x3 Running while coach holdin me ~ 6x3 Fitness ( Forward squats with bag, medicine ball drills ) ~ 1x3 Pads Note: This was the hardest session i have ever done in my life.. hell on earth, was very good but was to tired for pads in the end
Saturday 29th: ~ 4x3 Sparring ~ 15 Minutes fitness work Note: Didn't do the actual training session, cracked my jaw in the partner drills strangely .. Feeling smooth in sparring and im liking it..
Sunday 30th: ( No Training ) Note: Another heavy month, did much better this month and improved alot. Sure did spar much more, trained harder in the last 2 weeks and have all my muscles killing me. I did not achieve one of my goals which was get a fight in December cause coach couldn't find me anyone, but ill keep on trying as hard as i can.
Tuesday 1st November : ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 0.5x3 Floor Plank ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing with 2Kg weights ~ 1x3 Fixed Shadowboxing ~ 2x3 Tennis Reflex drills ~ 2x3 Dumbell punches Reps 2 Sets x 7 Excercises x 10 Times x 2Kg ~ 3x1 Crunches ~ 3x1 Floor plank ~ 50 Pushups Note: Very nice session, mainly on the technical and reaction. Im extremely happy probably will have a fight in january and i must train harder
