No doubt Vitali did or said something to Haye behind the scenes that spooked the **** out of him.

I wonder if rumours are true that he grabbed him by the throat for the t-shirt thing.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Dude Wlad is THE Champ, Haye's resume at HW will never be anything like klitschkos.
By the Time he beats the 3 guys you mention Wlad will probably have KO'ed Povetkin,Solis,Boystov and a few more.

A Guy who lives of of has beens,Klitschko leftovers and fights once or twice a year will never be on equal ground with them, sadly.

You have to BEAT THE CHAMP to be the Champ:deal
Until the he will always be a contender

  3. Really, I never heard that? It's definitely possible. He was pretty pissed off by that t-shirt. He took it as a great insult.

Although if someone grabbed me by the throat, I'd grab them by the balls (no homo) and see which one let go first! I guarantee it would be them.

He can't really do that right now, a few impressive wins against top 10 guys will be a start...

    This is why he can't...

There was this scene from German TV, after Wlad's fight with Rahman in 2008:

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hymmhjUUcgM[/ame]

Vitali says something to the extend "This guy was in a magazine, decapitating me and my brother. I promised him, I will punish him in the ring".

Then watch Vitali punch Haye's shoulder, in a semi-friendly, softish way. Watch Haye try laughing it off but he seemed a little irritated by Vitali's display of passion. It almost seemed like Haye felt haunted by the ghosts he called upon.

There was a pea under the red carpet and it so displeased the princess and caused her much distress. She can't even THINK about Wlad right now she is so upset and put upon. Oh the travails of the world of a princess are just not understood by commoners. Terry(ExceptionalSuckupBrit) will explain it all to you.

That article proves nothing at all! 2 problems here.

Firstly it says that Klits would have no problem in going 50/50. Saying something and doing something are 2 different things. Some of you claimed that Haye was actually OFFERED a 50/50, but this article says that Wlad is willing to go 50/50. It's like me saying I am willing to go fight Mayweather, doesn't mean thats ever gonna happen. Saying and doing something are different things.

Secondly, an unamed source means nothing, you may as well have pulled it out of thin air.

So for now I will claim no 50/50 had been offered, and we do not know what were the terms, so instead of speculating, and passing off crappy articles, why don't people get off Haye's back and give him the benefit of the doubt. As for those saying he is hiding, the man is entitled to some family time no? It's his career, he doesn't need to go out of his way to please you. A fight will get signed, until then, what's the point of slinging mud? If he goes and picks a soft option then your criticism is warrented. Remember, we just don't know what was going on with the negotiations. It's not always easy to strike a deal that will satisft both parties.

The sticking point was supposedly options... Then he goes and signs options to fight Valuev.. does that really make sense?

Judging from the responses it is clear that noone actually knows the content of the negotiations, but like me, have heard that sky have approached haye about the possibility of a haye v harrison fight (if ya ant followed the 2 careers ya dont know lucrative this would be)

obviously haye aint equal to wlad, but he should be seen alongside vitali. they have similar resumes.

but dont matter what we think, haye will not accept any more fights that aint on his terms. them days are over.

hopefully he fights vitali 50-50 at m.e.n.

Haye much rather fights bums like Harrison for a 70-30 split and much less risk.
