    Round 7
Miranda throws a few jab feints before turning the hand under for an almost shovel hook to Karmazin's chest - it misses. Karmazin turning and boxing, slow and steady. Miranda's jab falls several inches short of Karmazin's face, then his right hand whistles where Karmazin's head had been a full second and a half before as he moves laterally. Karmazin opening up every time he lands a power shot, landing them at a fairly high percentage when he does but none of them having a major impact.

    67-66 Karmazin

    Round 8
Miranda's cuts (left eye) could become a factor soon. Karmazin looks surprisingly fresh for 37 in the eighth round against a puncher. Roman bouncing on his toes, moving his head, and landing on several areas of his target with touches that don't seem to bother Miranda much. Miranda throws a very hard right that pushes Karmazin back even though most of it is absorbed on his gloves. Just to be safe, he grabs Miranda just moments later.

    Clear Karmazin round.
    77-75

    Dang it Roach
I was hoping to see Karmazin get KTFO but after he survived the 4th, Roach gave him some good corner advice and now Roman has been in complete control since.

    Round 9
Karmazin comes out blazing with five hooks, FOUR land. Miranda backs up...starts using the jab to create space, snapping Roman's head back with it. Dionisio finally lands a big right moments later. Karmazin beats a count and immediately flops onto the ropes. Miranda gives him no quarter. Karmazin tries to move in and to the left, rattled but still aware enough to survive. A few good power shots in return from Karmazin. Miranda trying to get a bead on Roman with his jab so he can land his money shot. Karmazin again walks into a jab, but retreats before a right hand can follow. Karmazin lands a hard right of his own on Miranda's chin, then again tries to steal the round by jumping in with a lead uppercut followed by a pair of hooks.

85-85...although part of me wants to score that round somehow other than 10-8 since Karmazin did better work in most of it aside from that scary minute.
