    Katsidis and early.

Casa doesn't have the legs, or stamina to keep Kats off him for 12 rounds. Besides Diaz, this is the worst guy he could have fought at lightweight.

Casa is a tough SOB, dirty, and tricky so he might last longer than I am predicting. But he looked awful fighting Santa Cruz, who I believe is better suited for Casa than Katsidis.

I'm not sold on Katsidas yet, Casamayor will be a good test to how good he really is.

You might be right, but usually durable guys who get old lose their ability to take a punch.

If Casa were younger and more active, I believe he outboxs Kats. But he has been inactive, and looked very ordinary against Santa Cruz. I have no doubt he will lose the fight.

no way dude. you can argue a tko win for katsidis but saying he'll blow by casamayor is too much. 1st, casa is not patsy. he's been in the ring with the like of corales, freitas, and jl castillo, all of whom could be argued to be better than katsidis and casamayor held his own against these top fighters. sure, casamayor has lost a step or two but the last thing to go in a fighter is his heart and chin. speed, power and stamina may diminish quickly but that could not be said for casa's chin

and besides, katsidis is not a 1 punch ko guy. he ko's his opponents by accumulation of punches.

It's of little significance who wins this fight as Juan Diaz is the greatest fighter at 135 right now and will be for years to come...We all know Katsidas is better and we all know he will win and hopefully in the process "officially" expose Casamayor..Ultimatly neither fighter is better than Juan Diaz..Cheers

This will be a good proving fight for Katsidis, who still has a lot to prove. Graham Earl had Katsidis rocked and Earl is by no means a huge puncher.

NO WAY that Casamayor will be a piece of sh*t for another fight and Katsidis is having troubles with good slick boxers. Casamayor was the clear LOSER against Santa Cruz but he had a 13 month layoff. Look! I'm too very angry about the decision but before the fight Casamayor was the clear favorite and was considered as the #1 in the division. He's maybe past his prime but while Katsidis is an all-out warrior whith a huge heart he's skills are no way in the top 5. Still he could outpower Casamayor but that's another thing I can't see. Casamayor is very slick with underrated speed and power who had a terrible night.

Still, past his prime, but with just a few month lay-off I'd pick Casamayor against Katsidis. If this would be an emotional decision I'd pick Katisidis as I'll root for him to make me eat my words. But as an objective analisys, I still have to pick Casamayor to win a clear decision. In style, Casamayor is the worst pick for Katsidis because if he'll lose he will lose in a dull fight where Casamayor will make him look like a one dimensional boxer. Against J. Diaz he would still lose but in a very exciting fight and I would pick him against D. Diaz or anyone else in the division. But the Casamayor or Guzman type of boxers are the worst choices IMO. You just can't outpower them and what will you do if your best weapon is neutralized?

    Go Katsidis!

Katsidis should take this one, but props to Casa for taking this big fight.

Katsidis vs Diaz will be great, later on the year.

Katsidis is too green and dosen't have the experience to deal with Casamayor's "jab and grab", punch n hold", and all that damn movement. He's used to being in there with guys he dosen't have to find. Casamayor by wide UD.
