Is he really? I'm pretty sure Brook's win over Porter eclipses anything Khan's done in his career. Khan has fought nothing but handpicked, featherfisted opposition designed to protect his Glass Jaw. And the fact is, Brook offered the fight to Khan's camp and they declined. That's public knowledge that they declined.
An improvement but not brilliant... he won't travel because he makes plenty in england and nobody with a big name will travel there against the disadvantages. He's going to have to go to america if he keeps that belt because that's where you fight unless you have a big domestic dust up (which he does with Khan but apart from that he has to travel again with the belt this time).
lool Well Diego is a good fighter and I'll actually like to see Kell-Diego, but I'm sure people would be up in arms.
I wasn't kidding. :? Thurman, Bradley and Rios all reacted to Chaves' pop. The weakest chin of those is Thurman's and he's Chuvalo next to Khan.
Chavez should handle Brook almost as easily as Rios would have. Brook is unproven and nothing special.
I know you wasn't kidding and I'm not talking about a Chaves-Khan matchup, by the way. Chaves is B level ill-skilled fool regardless. Thurman is a boring, slow, overly telegraphed, plodding boxer puncher. He'll walk right into Khan's shots and surrender to Khan's superior boxing. Khan UD 12 Thurman 117-111
You're criticising him for a period in his career when he's just trying to adjust to Virgil's training methods. Khan is ready, his last two fights were Alexander and Algieri, Kell Brook's last two fights are Donut Dan and now Chaves. Embarrassment. KNOW who to criticise and use double standards.
Donut Dan. No, it's the truth, though. People can still criticize Khan, but he's had the better competition than Brook post Porter.
Yup, it's the Eddie Hearn business model. A bunch of **** if you ask me. that's why Lee Selby plans to keep his IBF hostage from everyone, especially Lomachenko. I completely forgot about the Gavin fight, shame on Brook. He had a razor close fight with Porter, didn't outright beat him.
