Its a guy with some world class experience but not inspiring. Brook needs some names to attract fans and build his profile. Guys like N'dou, Malignaggi etc have some intrigue. They can be linked to Hatton etc There is some footage on them which is interesting. Brook can take away from this that he is putting himself in line for a title shot but its an uninspiring route similar to what Frank does when he wants to take someone to a title shot. Safe and boring.
Eddie Hearn has spoke to Lou Di Bella about a possible fight in early 2012 with Berto. I want to see Brook in with a puncher to see what his whiskers are like.
He only fights easy fights! Guarantee it he will do a Hamed once he does fight someone decent and get beat!
i think he has real potential, the problem i have is that this will be his last fight of the year, assuming he gets past this test we'll have to wait til around feb/march for a title fight with Senchenko which will bring a belt but will do nothing in the way of telling us how good Brook really is. The logical course would take him onto a fight with Khan in July 2012, it will be his first real test and im not sure how prepared he will be. Needs to get an established World name on that record asap.
Agree! if he doesnt he will just be outclassed when he goes for a big fight which destroys confidence!

Looks decent enough to me and don't see why his record of years ago matters when his more recent form has been pretty good. His career record reads a bit like Carlos Baldomirs.
i think its a shame hes only fought once this whole year and this is his last fight of the year, they should have cooked someone better then this guy
