Mora figured out how to beat Forrest and Forrest is a better boxer than Pavlik. I don't think it is too far fetched to think that Mora could figure out how to neutralize Pavlik's power. Pavlik is just a straight up boxer. People have forgotten that Pavlik won the title with a knockout but just barely scraped through the rematch. If Mora does his homework I can see an upset coming.

Upset by way of outboxing Pavlik is not totally out of reality. But to say that Mora will KO Pavlik is completely dumbfounded and ignorant.

Pavlik and fans want Calzaghe to live up to what he has said first. Other than Abraham, tentively scheduled for Jan 2009, who is left at MW for Pavlik? And don't start the 168 stuff. He is still MW and has titles to defend. He was only going to 168 because Joe is on borrowed time.

Well, it isn't a public poll, maybe I'll vote that way to.

There are 6 votes for Mora by KO yet! I assume that most for a joke.. But imagine Sergio actually KOing Pavlik... I want to see all the threads here after that:yep

I think that Mora is too smart and too proud to get in the ring just to get KTFO for money. KP is pretty predictable fighter and Sergio must see some pretty probable way for himself to win this fight:deal

    I voted Mora by decision.

Based on Joe's backing down? Younger, stronger, better stamina, harder hitting?

I'm not going to put you down or try to start a **** storm, but I have a few questions.

How long have you been a boxing fan?

    How old are you?

How many Mora fights have you seen?

How many Pavlik fights have you seen?

I'm not going to get pissed off a'la CottoDaBodyKill and try to make myself more of a boxing expert than I am and I'll admit that I'm rather a casual boxing fan and I don't post here much because of that.

I've seen several, maybe 10 combined fights of both of them and I realize that it will be raelly hard even for a slickster like Mora not to get knocked out by someone who puts such a constant pressure with such a high workrate, jab, the number and accuracy of combinations with such a high percentage of power punches. But Pavlik's way of fighting is predictable isn't it?

It's more of a gut feeling based on what I wrote - Mora is too smart and too proud to get in the ring just to get KTFO for money. He must see a way to win.

Anyway.. we'll probably see and maybe I will have to admit that I was completely wrong or maybe you're gonna be surprised..
