    Hopkins owned his ass

    Martinez owned his ass too

    Alcohol owned it also

Froch's gonna own that white butt a little bit more and send it to retirement.

Agree...Pavlik is still there, if you think he's done you are just stupid. Hopkins is very crafty to beat & do you see Sergio getting destroyed by anyone? Give the man some credit, he was world champion unlike yourself.

He has declined, I don't think the Hopkins or Martinez losses took anything away from what he had to offer, it just showed how limited it was..He is still a solid, steady and fundamentally sound puncher who just can't adapt or grow his skillset..Tito was sort of the same in a way.
He is the kind of fighter that could monster fighters at 160 when he could make it comfortably but he doesn't have that kind of advantage at 168 against guys who are essentially boiled down light heavies.

He handled Rubio easier than just about anyone else, outside of the freakist Jantuah KO...He beat relatively weak opposition but he beat them as easily as they should have been beaten..He came around at a good time when there was a vulnerable champ that just happened to be a HBO darling.

He did well in the window he had to be a formidable fighter...now I think he is just capable contender, who might pick up another trinket if he is matched right.

Pavlik is an interesting case. He's extremely likable, marketable and he's never in a boring fight. He just hasn't been able to reach his full potential in the ring- alcohol will do that to anyone, especially athletes. He can easily make a run for a title and can everyone at 168 a run for their money. Who knows, he could be one of those "Cinderella stories" that comes back and wins a title after most people ruled him out.
