Kennedy fight?

Kennedy lacks power and aggression. His jab is decent but he gets backed up easily. He won't make it past domestic level, just don't think he has the right mentality.
Good heart to get up from the knockdown, but he'd get KO'd against Ovil/Bellew etc.

 

I used to spar with him as an amateur and I could push him back easily and I was a LHW.

He was always really slick and used to try fancy stuff which never quite worked

When I heard he turned pro I never thought for a minute he would be at this level. He's done massively well and is dedicated

He just lacks schooling and makes basic errors. Which can be corrected of course in time

He showed great heart in there which I never thought he had

 

I had it a draw or maybe Djeko by a round but Kennedy got a jarg 2nd knockdown so take away that (he won that round for me) and Kennedy by a point would be how I scored it.

 

One knockdown shouldn't have been but I'd still have Djeko just nicking it. Massive cruiser weight him, if he didn't have such skinny legs he'd never make the limit. Good fight that.

 

No way Kennedy won, first time I've seen him he looks good and has heart but needs to improve a lot to get beyond British level.

If the 2 knock downs were scored he lost by quite a few rounds imo

 

they need to be scored the ref gave the count!

 

Ya, not sure how the judges could give him 7 rounds but they did.

 

Enzo vs Kennedy would be fun, good all Wales fight.

 

Easy fight to make as well.

 

I know they spar a lot.

No one wants enzo. Big risk little reward at this point.
