It's a good fight in the sense that it will answer questions about each respective fighter. In all fairness, Paul Smith has only fought something like 10-11 round competitively since he's been with Gallagher, so we can't really confirm what major differences there are. Anderson is without a doubt a hard man, and getting to groves like he did, and then seeing smith's performance against groves will certainly give him some confidence in the fight itself. However, the shot that did smith would've put away a lot of smw's.
It has to happen IMO as it determines the pecking order domestically in this country, and could spawn a decent rematch if the first one is close.

Im honestly not sure who wins this!

Paul Smith has managed to fight yet again for a British Title when there are a hand full of better fighters in the division who havent ? :huh

Had to laugh at this face when asked the question at PF, so what about you and Rocky Paul? eeeeerrrrm.......... weve both got our own things going on im not sure where on each others radar!

    Rocky would obliterate him :deal

He can show all the promise he wants, he's slow, static, and looks technically limited, not very strong ether. You know when a fighters limited, when their defence is to just put their gloves up 90% of the time.

I am not one of these people from Liverpool who are deluded with the fighters in the city.

David Price is the only real genuine talent, along with Tony Bellew but..? He needs to move up to CW, he's not on the level of David Price! But Tony Bellew is more talented than some of the limited fighters, people like to buzz off in liverpool.

Fairplay for guys like Liam Smith, striving for success in such a hard profession.

But he's not greatly talented. He's just a normal guy athletically, who has dedicated to boxing.

Boxing is a sport where, not so much talented people can get some success just due to being dedicated.

its a different style true, but amateur is where you learn and perfect your technical skills, some fighters have a more 'amateur style' but callums technically very good and has a style which is I believe is well suited to the pros

Smith gets pummeled as per every time he fights someone that isnt a stiff.

He should pack it in really his heart clearly isnt in it.

He looked awful last time, big hairy tits flailing all over the show as he threw punches.
His big fat back rippling as he took body shots.
    Eeeeeeeeyuk.

Was he in the Olympics or World's did he win any medals..?

The fact of the matter is, Audley Harrison is a better fighter amateur and professional than all of the smith brothers so far in their careers.

But there always seems to be a fascination with any of the smith brothers, fairplay to them sticking it out in a tough sport. But i am sorry, i don't see tremendously talented fighters.

"I apologise for not wanking over them"

If you want to pine over them go ahead, you might know them..? You might want to get to know them.

I have got nothing against them, i just don't think they are tremendously talented.

I think Anderson will stop Smith as he,s to big for smith but like most on here Smith does have a chance as he was top middleweight but in my opinion Kennyis to strong and big for Paul Smith but will be his biggest test so good luck to both boxers
