Too his credit, Kessler has been to the states to try and get some big names to fight him. I think he will land those big fights very soon. He will beat any top SMW. He's a machine and I think he may hit harder than any other in the division.

He beat the hell out of Andrade and Mundine and fought a very good fight against Calzaghe. Froch would make a nice punching bag for Kessler.

No way, the guy struggled versus pascal. it was a very close fight. Kessler will destroy this guy within 6.

Kessler has all but disappeared lately.

He is far from unbeatable, but Froch is the worst beltholder I have seen in quite some time below Heavyweight. He will lose to any top fighter at the weight.

Froch UD over Kessler is about the worst prediction I have ever seen.

Even a KO I can understand more.

  12. Pascal brought his A-game that night most middleweights would have struggled with him I really don't see the flaws you do. Kessler dismantled Andrade and look what Andrade did to Bute.
Pascal meanwhile showed better speed than Andrade, a better chin than Bute, and better technique than Andrade - his upper body movement was amazing; 9 out of 10 'named' boxers would struggle to have that level of upper body mobility.

Bottom line is most boxing fans here on ESB are name fans they'll see a name that's all, just a name maybe a record but not the fighter or his talents.

It was only a a short time ago just before the Cotto fight Margarito was a relative unknown with 5 (I think?) losses.

I think Froch will do ok. He's not the second coming but he's alot better than people give him credit for. Pavlik was hyped like you wouldn't believe and isn't half a good as Froch nor did he ever show much technical work.

The real shame is even if Froch does manage to make good in the long run people knocking him here in the post will just act as though this post never existed - a very typical scenario on ESB :-(

Kessler UD all the way. Can't see Froch's chin letting him down.
