I knew it was going to be ****ing treated as such. Instead of calling him out for the corrupt, bribe-taking referee he is, Mora will now simply be regarded as a man who just had a bad day at the office. Absolute bull****. You'd have to be a complete ****** to not notice or do anything about the blatant, repeated lowblows that Mares was throwing. Remember, this is the same Mora who never had problems in punishing the same infringements that occured in the Rios-Peterson and Katsidis-Guerrero fights. Yet he fails to do anything with Mares-Agbeko which was 10 times worse than those two combined? How they're going to treat this as anything but corruption, I do not know. The piece of **** should be fined and never allowed near a boxing ring again.

huge chance that GBP payed him off. it's not the first time that GBP was involved in these types of situation. most of the time, it was the judges that scores it for their fighter.

funny how Mares is the first amateur talent that GBP signed. and they give him a belt on a silver f'n platter..

"I love Mora?" really??!!! That's the first thing you say as part of a promotional company in boxing?

In the heat of the moment? Un f'n believable!!

The fight should be declared a no contest and a rematch ordered.

Yeah I felt the same way about what the New Jersey board said about the Williams-Lara judges. I mean it's great or whatever that they made a public condemnation like that, but just as with requiring Mora to "build himself back up" it's ultimately a pretty symbolic gesture. I'm even willing to grant that Mora and Williams-Lara judges were in fact merely incompetent and not corrupt, but I would love to know who the hell put them in that position in the first place and whether that person or persons have had to face negative consequences as well.

The Williams-Lara judges were clearly inexperienced and likely to be incompetent and Mora had been having an absolutely terrible 2011. These two things did not need to be found out after the fact, and anyone pretending like recognizing this is some kind of accomplishment or mark of progress is lying to himself.

disagree, they don't have any pull with the NSAC. There needs to be a serious inquiry on the relationship with Mora and GBP. Something went down and the feds need to look into it.

I'lll tell you why GBP doesn't pull the NSAC strings, their fights don't sell sh*T. khan ppv was sh*t. Barely sold anything in the stands, This fight? At the Hard Rock...small venue.

This is strictly a promotional company infiltrating a referee not the NSAC.
