    Easily done if you consume a lot of carbs.

    Matchroom fighters just don't seem to care. Lee Purdy, Rocky Fielding now Mitchell. Really poor. Does Hearn crack the biscuits out during team meetings?

    Most of it will be water weight. He must have really dried out to make weight.
    Scott Harrison used to weigh up to 14lbs heavier from weigh in to fight, mainly water.

    10 lbs is 4 and a half liters of water in plus whatever went out.

    **** me he must have been thirsty.

    Only 1.4lb over, but that is 1.4lb too much at the end of the day
