The John Murray fight proofed he will be capable of a lot. He won't stop Kats, but he will likely win a close UD. ( 115-113 ). But it honestly could go either way, Mitchell is still young though ( 26 ), so he will get better.

I think Katsidis stops him again, and again early too.
He knows he kan hurt Kevin, and will do exactly what he did in their first encounter. Chase him down and if necesary take 2 or 3 punches to deliver 1.

i dont know what makes you all think he would beat katsidis.

he beat a very overated john murray who is a very poor mans katsidis, at points in the fight mitchell looked ready to go, against a deadly finisher like katsidis he would have.

mitchell will probably challenge for a world title off the back of that over hyped win but a challenge will all it will be.

i like mitchell but he is too flimsy and easy to hit to mix it with the elite, if he cant go half way through a fight with katsidis he doesnt really deserve a shot.

and before anyone starts about bad preperation, that would have showed a lt later in the fight not early doors!

I don't see him holding up physically against Katsidis in a rematch, even if he is the better boxer.

Totally agree, lets just hope he can keep his personal life in order, which has caused problems with training camps and resulted in inactivity. If he can, I feel as if he can defo take a World title. Has Rios got a fight yet? I hope Kevin doesnt go straight to Rios at this stage.

Why is rios fighting John Murray instead of Kevin? Originally the winner of this bout was heavily tipped for a rios bout? Not to say that o think Kevin will beat rios buy I would give him a chance, he could frustrate rios and can bang a bit too, rios **** Murray and give keV a shot

The nameless promoter working wonders again. Get the last bit out of Murray, and then forge a path for Mitchell.

****** is feeding Ricky Burns to Katsidis first. Mitchell will get the rematch with Kats after that, unless Burns pulls off the upset. It's a win win for W@rren.

It's a tight division in there, but he should avenge his only loss, then chase Bradley out of the division. I hate seeing fighters win vacated belts, but Bradley is a coward and will pull a Bowe when confronted with a hearty challenger.

He's a good fighter, when his head is in the right place..

He would beat Katsidis in a rematch imo..

    Rios tears him apart..
