No I dont do weights. In plyos we do real explosive pushups, and dips. I guess I could add that to my run. Run two miles, break. Pushups till failure, dips then run two more miles.
yea, you should quit smoking, i quit right when i started boxing, and havnt smoked in a year :happy i have a friend that smokes and still has great cardio, but its just not good you know? it also gives you an excuse when you slip up :nono
Nah I can't smoke and do cardio. Its not compatible for me. Good for your friend though. I wish I could smoke and box.
ok over the last couple of days its been pretty extreme, plyos wednesday, an hour of mitts. YEsterday i was doing circuits. And im about to go on a four mile jog. Sparring tomorrow.
