This is a guy holding on to a hope. A hope that having more weight on him will make him more resilient to punches and give him a little more power. Not going to happen. I remember Angel Garcia saying Khan looked tiny for 140, let alone 147. Honestly, I think the move to 147 will ultimately end his career early, and hopefully he doesn't get badly hurt.
Thats how he fights. Thats how hes been this successful. You cant just change a fighters make up like that. His biggest weapon is his offensive speed. Take that away and sure he might not get hurt as much, but he wouldnt be winning many fights either.
