Khan: Broner next then Kell

He should not have to. Brook has been a CAREER welterweight all his adult life. His body has not changed that much since his mid 20sn so why is he struggling to make weight now?

Its purely a lack of discipline and Khan should exploit it as he is the naturally smaller fighter.

Everyone else is a weight cheat or drag other contenders up/down and they get a free pass so why not Khan?

 

Letting his hands go isn't his style. He may throw a 2-3 punch combo and go back to pot shotting. He waits too long, allows his opponent to be first too much. In all honesty, I've never seen him do poorly the times he's first and just lets his hands go. He needs to increase his punch output by about 30 punches a round, but he won't and he'll lose.

Kell Brook is no WW. He can make the weight but his certainly not comfortable at the weight.

 

1. Broner usually fights at CW 144 and can still make 140
2. Khans last fight was at CW 150. He can't make 144, debate over whether he makes 147.

So I don't see this happening.

 

Khan's chin can make featherweight though.

 

So why does he want to fight a guy who started his career at 135lbs?

 

Because Khan is no longer a 135lb fighter.

Its not as if his calling out Mikey Garcia here. Khan is a 147 fighter who has been fighting at 147 for a good while now. If Khan doesn't want to fight above 147 then that's fine I have no issue with that.

Maybe you should ask why Khan wants to fight Broner. Broner isn't a WW

 

Khan's cashing out.. He has a better chance of beating Broner if he doesn't get KO'd in the process.. Khan knows Brook flattens him.

Surely makes more sense to take the Brook fight first? If you beat Broner, then chase Brook, you've lost your momentum in the WW division.

 

He is the one saying he can get down for that fight. If he wants to risk it then who are we to say no.

 

I like Broner Vs Khan, the build up would be hilarious and I think the styles gel quite well, could be a good watch.

I don't believe Brook will be afterwards if Khan wins, Khan will say he wants a world title shot and say "the fight will be bigger if a world title is on the line".

Heard Khan say all this before, it's getting boring.

 

The fight with Brook would likely be at WW according to Khan and Brook.

 

Lol who knows tbh after Broner, Khan is just a mark. The first decent name he gets in with that has pop is gunna KO him.
