WBA ordering a rematch doesn't mean much. Especially if the IBF don't do the same and Arum offers Peterson a contract.

    I live in neutral land.

I can see the woods through the trees, unlike a lot of ppl on ESB.

I am NOT A KHAN FAN

you haven't been neutral at all.

  4. The IBF are more likely to review the case on it's own merit rather than think of the money.

Peterson is entitled to do what he wants, he's kept his dignity over the whole thing whilst the Khans have been mouthing off all over the place.

If he decides to fight Khan again, so be it. If there's a more lucrative option on the table, he'd be mad not to explore it.

About somethings I haven't, but the rematch being granted, I think I have.

The rematch is logical if you ignore all the chatter from both sides and take in to consideration the points deductions, how close the fight was and the hatman scandal. A rematch makes sense.

Don't blame me just because I have a thick skin and do not allow Khan's whining and bitching to sway my opinion of whether Khan 'deserves' the rematch or not.

If Peterson was to vacate the WBA, which lets face it, isnt exactly out of the question... who would Khan potentially fight for the vacant belt or would he be reinstated as champ?

Would prefer to see him fight Bradley for the WBA belt in this case with the winner facing Lamont in a unification matchup. But with Pac and May spoiling all the potentially good matchups by having guys hold out in case they win they Pac/May lottery, this is pretty unlikely.

Only what im hearing so please dont abuse me if it ends up not happening but Lamont Peterson will vacate the WBA title because hes fighting Bradley[Probably on the Pacquiao June 9 undercard] and Khan will then face Humberto Soto for the vacant strap.:deal

Hadn't thought of the whole Bradley-Khan thing again since the Peterson fight. With all the malarkey surrounding pac-floyd 'negotiations' with GBP-TR, is there any guarantee they'd be able to get that fight made?!

I'd personally love to see Khan-Maidana II for a vacant WBA belt if it happened.

Thank **** they didnt strip Peterson. Its sad that Khans cheating lost him the belt, then his continual crying has got him a rematch that Peterson certainly wouldnt have gotten , had Khan got the decision.

If Peterson vacates, will it be Khan V Maidana 2? Im happy to watch Peterson V Khan 2 or Khan V Maidana 2, but the champion should be allowed to choose who he fights next, this decision has made a mockery of boxing...but more so, its made more Khan fans dislike him, and has given an international audience a flavour of why Khan has relatively few fans in the UK.
